Meet The Team
Jocelyn Lukac
Born and raised in Caracas, Venezuela, I’ve always been obsessed with organization—so much so that friends started calling me “Monica” (yes, from Friends). My journey has been anything but conventional! I started as a fashion designer, then took a wild turn into law school while being a stay-at-home mom and in parallel unleashed my creativity as a glass artist. After moving to the U.S. in 2003, I became a Real Estate Paralegal, getting a front-row seat to the rollercoaster of emotions people experience when buying or selling a home. That’s when it clicked—helping people transition into new spaces wasn’t just something I loved; it was something I needed to do.
For years, I packed, moved, unpacked, organized, and decorated for friends and family until one day, my dear friend Veronica and I finally said, “Let’s do this for real!” To take my passion to the next level, I became a Certified Professional Organizer, ensuring I could offer the best expertise and solutions. After two years of dreaming and planning, Welcome Mat Solutions was born.
Now, we do more than moving items, we transform lives, one beautifully organized space at a time!
Veronica Bittolo
I’ve always been drawn to beautiful, functional spaces. Growing up in Caracas, Venezuela, I spent my days in my mom’s store, unknowingly honing my eye for design and organization. After studying Marketing, I worked in my family’s Furla franchise, later bringing the brand to Miami, where I opened my own store.
Life led me to New Jersey, where I spent five years at Crate & Barrel, refining my skills in home styling and space planning. Along the way, I explored my artistic side—painting, crocheting, and launching an Etsy store—but I wanted to create something bigger.
That is when Welcome Mat Solutions was born. With my friend Jocelyn, we combined her love for organization with my passion for design to help people declutter, optimize, and transform their homes. Because a home should always feel like a warm welcome.
